Whilst on my travels in both Spain and Portugal it has been a joy to see these horses 'at home' fulfilling whatever role destiny has laid out for them and always displaying the remarkable attitude and temperament which makes them so special to the horsemen and women with whose lives they are so closely connected, whether as ridden or driving horses, or by providing the next generation. My travels also include the UK where Iberian horses continue to make a great impression on the equestrian world, not least by virtue of their versatility, trainability and, it goes without saying, their beauty, which it seems knows no bounds."
